Right of Way

Right of Way (RoW) approval is an e-governance service where applicants can submit application for approval of getting Right of Way for laying underground lines for Gas, Electricity, OFC, water and sewage. Permission for right of way to be obtained from FMDA under FMDA Act exercising the powers of CEO.

Online application process automates RoW approval process and aims to put the application in public domain where the applicant submits the applications with the relevant documents (as required during submission process) to the Department and finally receives the approval. It enables authorities to check the application related documents and follow the approval processes.
